Fill in the rest of the form.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUrinate (mimi\/pee) if you can, then flush the toilet.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePut some toilet paper in the toilet.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLay the \u003cstrong\u003esample sheet\u003c\/strong\u003e on top of the toilet paper.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eDo your bowel motion (tiko\/poo) on the sample sheet.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTwist the lid off the tube, quickly – before the poo sinks.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWith the green stick, scrape different parts of the surface of the poo.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eDo this until the tip of the stick is well covered.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYou only need a tiny sample.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePut the stick back into the tube. Push the lid down to \u003cstrong\u003eclick\u003c\/strong\u003e shut.
