HOW MUCH SUGAR ARE ADULTS DRINKING?

  • 600ml iced coffee -13 teaspoons of sugar
  • 600ml soft drink - 16 teaspoons of sugar
  • 500ml iced tea - 7 teaspoons of sugar
  • 350ml fruit juice - 10 teaspoons of sugar
  • 300ml smoothie - 9 teaspoons of sugar
  • 500ml sparkling fruit drink - 13 teaspoons of sugar
