Ordering resources from our website
Members of the public and health professionals can order copies of all resources (other than web-only resources) on this website free of charge within New Zealand.
You do not need to register to order.
To maintain fair distribution, a limit has been placed on how many copies can be requested of some of the videos and DVDs.
Our online ordering service is an automated order processing system. We will make every effort to fulfil orders placed using this online service but we do not guarantee that resources will always be in stock.
We will make every effort to ensure that resource descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
We reserve the right to amend resources at any time and without notice.
Content accuracy
Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies between the electronic and the printed versions of resources. The latter stands as the official record.

Delivery of resources
We provide free delivery to New Zealand addresses. Visitors to this site from outside New Zealand can view the resources online or download the PDF files.
We aim to deliver orders nationwide in 2–5 working days. This is a guide only and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within this timeframe. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
From time to time stock levels on a resource are limited, for example when we are reprinting a new version, and it may take up to three weeks to get the resource to you. We have indicated this on the product, and we will contact you if there are any problems.
Security
Information transmitted over the internet is inherently insecure. However, all orders sent through the website are passed through a secure server using encryption technology.
