Have you:
- Had contact with a person with measles in the last three weeks?
- Had ANY measles symptoms, including:
- Fever
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Red eyes
- Rash – this may appear a few days after cold-like symptoms and usually starts on the face and neck.
If yes to any of the above:
- Put on a mask
- Inform staff of measles risk
