Have you:

  • Had contact with a person with measles in the last three weeks?
  • Had ANY measles symptoms, including:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Runny nose
    • Red eyes
    • Rash – this may appear a few days after cold-like symptoms and usually starts on the face and neck.

If yes to any of the above:

  • Put on a mask
  • Inform staff of measles risk
Our staff may need to isolate you to protect others.
